In using Membee, we are able to better communicate with our Members, provide much more accurate information, allow them to register for events and pay their Membership dues & sponsorship payments all online, in turn, keeping a good tracking record for our files, and in their personal profiles.
Our Members soon will be able to access/update their own company & personal profile information, as well as access client/potential client information, which has been a draw to join for some of our new Members. Having the ability to review and approve the changes made by our members, allows us to maintain a clean database, while saving us time by not having to update each change ourselves, which is the current procedure we are in the process of moving away from.
Having the ability to effectively share our membership list with current members, create fast and accurate mailing addresses for our magazine subscription list and reports for membership billing, events and many other inquiries from our Members, has been a huge time saver, and in turn, cost savings & efficiency from using Membee thus far.
We have had a fantastic experience over the past year of being a Membee client, in regards to training sessions with staff, and any day-to-day inquiries that have come up. The training sessions we have purchased have been very interesting and clear from our instructor, and we have walked away from each session having the confidence to put what we just learned, into action.
User support has been very helpful and efficient in providing solutions to issues that have come up for us.
