We moved from another member management system to Membee, so much of our positive experience has been in comparing how many LESS steps are required to accomplish simple tasks than before. It would be difficult to enumerate the areas in which we have found ourselves saying, "holy cow, that was a two step process, compared to the 5 or 6 we had to deal with at XYZ to do the same thing!" Membee has proven itself to be a much more user friendly and time saving system to use.

My advice would be - "If you need a specific task done, I'd recommend you just ASK!" Our experience with Membee has been great from day one. The support staff and the followup have been very reliable. One big example is that when we initially imported data, we were set up on an anniversary date dues renewal cycle. When our Board asked that we change to a calendar year basis this year, I was concerned about the amount of work that would be required to issue all the pro-rated bills in order to make the shift.

Membee's support team came to the rescue by writing a custom code which they applied to our database, changing everyone's renewal date to end of the year, so we can simply run renewals as desired, and the system does the rest of the work. What a time-saver, and what great customer service!! Membee staff are da BUZZ!!

We switched from iMIS to Membee which was a huge saving in monthly subscription costs. At the same benefits for both members and staff increased. We are also saving by not having to mail invoices, event confirmations etc. We are saving time because members can update their details themselves, pay online and the money is allocated to the correct item which in turn also helps avoid human error.

Membee support is very prompt. All issues are investigated. If more help than information in an email is required the Membee support staff don't hesitate to call us on the other side of the world.

The online membership renewal tool is outstanding. With the click of a button all my membership dues are sent and the members are able to pay online right away. Making the change from paper invoices to Membee has made a huge difference for our members. They love how everything is done online and that they are able to print their invoices/receipts out any time they want.The New Member sign up is the next thing we are doing for our members, and having used Membee in a previous organization, I know how easy and convenient it is.

Sending out the online Membership invoices and allowing members to to pay quickly and conveniently has brought back all of our members from last year and even dropped members from the previous years. We save money on mailing out paper copies as well. Overall Membee is a great time and money saver for our association.

We just implemented the Special Offers section of our online Membership Directory. By taking advantage of the extended listing in the directory you can provide your members with more ways to highlight their business!

The online event calendar and online membership application have been extremely beneficial in saving our staff and members time. With a few simple clicks our members can register and pay for an event, pay their invoices and new members can join. That alleviates a lot of administrative work which is very helpful for a small staff.

Our Membee representatives are always very helpful and efficient in resolving any problems that arise. The staff enjoys receiving the Membee blog, because we can stay up-to-date on new features being offered. There is so much that can be utilized from using Membee...we love scheduling the consultations to see how we can better our website by taking advantage of all that is offered!

In using Membee, we are able to better communicate with our Members, provide much more accurate information, allow them to register for events and pay their Membership dues & sponsorship payments all online, in turn, keeping a good tracking record for our files, and in their personal profiles. Our Members soon will be able to access/update their own company & personal profile information, as well as access client/potential client information, which has been a draw to join for some of our new Members. Having the ability to review and approve the changes made by our members, allows us to maintain a clean database, while saving us time by not having to update each change ourselves, which is the current procedure we are in the process of moving away from.

Having the ability to effectively share our membership list with current members, create fast and accurate mailing addresses for our magazine subscription list and reports for membership billing, events and many other inquiries from our Members, has been a huge time saver, and in turn, cost savings & efficiency from using Membee thus far.

We have had a fantastic experience over the past year of being a Membee client, in regards to training sessions with staff, and any day-to-day inquiries that have come up. We want our members to be able to have a public space on our website that they can edit and use to connect with fellow members and supporters as well as the community at large. The Membee directories and profiles provide that venue. It is especially valuable that the directory is searchable by areas of expertise as well as location and other parameters. We are currently in the process of re-populating our Membership system in Membee by having our Members renew. In the future, it will be easier for Members to register for events such as our forums and biennial conference by having their organizational information already in the system.

It is a significant time saver to have members edit their own profiles and update contact information. We look forward to using the group and committee functions to manage and connect with our many working groups. It is also helpful that we can have our members as well as supporters, collaborators, funders, and service providers in the same database to create bridges and follow up on interactions more efficiently.

Membee staffers are very attentive, patient, and informative while we were comparing different management systems to find the best fit for our needs. This positive impression during initial stages has been kept alive and well thanks to the quick, thorough step-by-step support provided by the Membee team as our staff and members learn more about the Membee system. The training webinars were a helpful first step to gauge if we had enough internal capacity to set up the system. However, it has been the step-by-step guides that have been most helpful. I've also been impressed that the support team edits these guides on their own accord, based on questions from clients such as us. This commitment to tailoring and improving the system for clients is a very appreciated service.

Membee has provided us with many opportunities we are able to pass along to our members. The enhanced online directory listings and the ability to register online for upcoming events are perhaps two of the most commonly used features on our website. The enhanced listings offer members an opportunity to powerfully promote their business and the easy online event registration is a real time saver, which every member can appreciate!

We used to update member information in several different programs, which was a huge time waste and also created the potential for a lot of user errors. By using Membee and tying it into our website, we are able to more easily and accurately update member information which has been a great value to our organization.

Any time we have an issue or question, we first use the Help Center and then if we can't figure it out on our own, we contact Membee. Our requests are always answered in a timely fashion and a solution is always found- even when it can be tricky! We have always been satisfied with the customer service we receive from Membee.

As a small association, we have been limping along for several years using Excel, Quickbooks and other tools but until Membee, there wasn't a single program that was both affordable and served multiple purposes.

Simply put, Membee saves time and effort. It can be a struggle getting started with Membee but as I master a new feature it is exciting. I see the end result and that keeps me focused and energized.

One of the programs we offer is a Young Professionals group. With 185 members in the YP group, managing their data, membership fee and making sure we can communicate with the easily was a definate need. Membee has made that easy.

Through the use of recurring events, we are able to easily bill their membership fee each year without having to re-enter all of the information year after year. The events area also allows us to manage the data we need easily, through the Email and Print features we can get the information we need quickly.

A big feature for us is the live calendar of events with RSVP capability (and for the club, RSVP control mechanisms). This includes a mobile-friendly capability enjoyed by most members.

The biggest time-savers for us are member self-management of personal information and automated billing and renewal options.

We've appreciated that Membee's response to our queries has been rapid, efficient, easy-to-understand and practical. I'm never intimidated by sending a support request, and also never intimidated by the answer. The fact that Membee staff can test proposed changes or modifications prior to committing them (as with a data import, e.g.) is very helpful.

Working for a small non-profit usually requires wearing many hats. Online event registrations have freed up a great deal of my time to focus on other projects and give our members more personalized attention.

Membee support is outstanding! If I can't find the step-by-step instructions in "Help from the Hive" I can submit a request via email and hear back within 3 or 4 hours (typically I get a response within an hour or two). Membee has gone above and beyond to help launch our online events. Also, I have email addresses and phone numbers to real people, so I never feel lost in the shuffle.

We decided to use Membee to have online events and online ticketing. We use it for automatic renewal billing and online payments. We designed a better website with more member benefits due to having Membee's member profile and directory features.

Membee's integration with Mailchimp makes email list management easier for our regular large blast emails to our membership and the larger the industry.

Membee service is top notch. Our questions are always handled rapidly and with care and true professionalism. We are always treated like VIP customers. Membee is always one step ahead of what new technology and applications that we might need as a membership association. We think we are pretty cutting edge but Membee is always prepared with what we need before we know we need or want it.
